Delivery Time

The standard delivery time is within 10 working days.

Once the delivery has been scheduled, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp and/or email.

If the buyer refuses delivery before the scheduled delivery date, the current delivery time will lapse.

We strive to deliver your order on the agreed date. However, please note that due to traffic and weather conditions, we cannot guarantee an exact time. In exceptional cases, delivery may take place outside the indicated time slot or on a different date.

For certain glass products in the custom-made colored glass sliding wall category, the delivery time is approximately 4–5 weeks.

Delivery

The order will be delivered up to a maximum of 20 meters from the unloading point. The unloading area must be freely accessible and the profiles must be able to be moved lengthwise. If this is not possible, delivery cannot take place.

Someone must be present during delivery to assist the driver with unloading.

Our drivers do not enter homes or apartments.

We deliver throughout the Netherlands, with the exception of the Wadden Islands, and in Belgium just across the Dutch border.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the products will be taken back and a new delivery appointment will be scheduled. If a second delivery is planned, additional transport costs will be charged. We do not deliver to neighbors.

Make sure there is sufficient space available to place the products. You are responsible for a suitable storage location.

Glass Products — Specific Conditions

Glass panels must not be lifted or laid down horizontally, to prevent the risk of glass breakage due to point loading.

You must provide a rack or wooden slats on which the glass walls can rest. We are not liable for damage if these provisions are not present.

Collection / Pick-up

You can also collect your order at our pickup address (Zijdelweg 5H, 1187 ZM Amstelveen), within 1 working day or on the same day after receiving a collection notification via WhatsApp or email.

Opening hours collection point:

• Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00
• Friday: 09:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 17:00
