Returns & Right of Withdrawal

When you exercise your right of withdrawal and the product is returned to us in good condition, you will receive the full order amount including the original shipping costs.

After registering your return, you will receive your refund within 14 days. We may wait to process the refund until the product has been returned to us in good condition.

The return shipping costs are in principle at the customer's own expense. For products that can be sent by post, the customer must pay the applicable return shipping costs themselves when returning the product.

However, if the goods cannot be sent by post due to their size, weight, or nature, we will arrange the return logistics. In that case, we will schedule a pick-up appointment in which transport vehicles and personnel are deployed to collect the goods from your location and bring them back.

A charge applies for this service, depending on the distance and the quantity or size of the goods. These costs amount to a minimum of €250 and can go up to a maximum of €500. The exact costs will be agreed and confirmed with you in advance.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged for return.

Returns of custom-made products are not possible, as these are specially produced according to your specifications. Our colored glass products are custom-made.

Would you like to return a product? Send an email to info@schuifwandwereld.nl with your order number and the reason for return (optional). Once we have processed your return request, you will receive instructions for further handling.

After receipt and inspection of the returned shipment, the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
